Media Accreditation

Festival of Fire’s Chilli Carnival™ is excited to welcome media professionals to join us for this sizzling celebration of all things chilli! If you’re a journalist, photographer, videographer or member of the media, we invite you to apply for media accreditation to cover the event and share the heat with your audience.

Media accreditation gives you access to the event, exclusive behind-the-scenes areas, and opportunities for interviews, photos, and video content with festival organisers, vendors, and attendees. It’s the perfect opportunity to immerse yourself in the excitement and showcase the best of the festival to your followers.

Media Accreditation ONLY applies to working media wishing to cover the festival.

Media professionals, including journalists, bloggers, influencers, photographers, videographers, and content creators who are covering the festival for a reputable publication, outlet, or platform. You will need to provide proof of your media affiliation and online presence as part of your application.

• Media accreditation is limited and subject to approval based on the relevance and reach of your media outlet or platform.
• Submitting an application does not guarantee approval.
• Media passes are strictly non-transferable. Only the accredited journalist listed on the application may use the pass. Guests, partners, or additional team members are not included.
• Media accreditation does not include travel or accommodation.

Each media person must fill out an application form. If multiple people from a media outlet would like to attend, each applicant must submit their own application.

Approved media professionals will receive the following:

• Access to festival grounds (excludes access to onstage, side stage, backstage or other secure areas).
• Requests for interviews with artists and key figures (only if pre-arranged). 
• Press kit with event details and festival information.

To apply for Media Accreditation, please complete the Media Accreditation Form below with your details and relevant media credentials. We require all applicants to submit their form at least 2 weeks prior to the event to ensure adequate time for processing and confirmation.
